TX6A Cat6A installation requires maintaining Panduit's prescribed maximum untwist at termination (the TX6A is designed around minimal untwist to maintain ANEXT performance). Cable bending radius, pulling tension limits, and maximum pair untwist at terminations are specified by Panduit and observed throughout the installation. Minor deviations from these controlled practices in Cat6A unshielded installations can compromise ANEXT performance and result in channel test failures — particularly on long runs near the 100 m maximum.
All Panduit copper installations are certified with Fluke Versiv CableAnalyser to TIA-568-C.2 Cat6A permanent link. All PanMPO fiber backbone channels tested with optical loss meter and OTDR. Many Dubai buildings installed Cat6-specified conduit in 2008–2016 that is now being upgraded to Cat6A for 10GbE.
