We install and configure Ubiquiti UniFi WiFi access points, managed switches, security gateways, and cloud-managed network infrastructure for offices, hospitality, retail, warehouses, and large-scale enterprise deployments across Dubai and the UAE.
Ubiquiti UniFi is the preferred enterprise WiFi platform for IT professionals worldwide who want consistent, high-performance wireless networks without the licensing costs of traditional enterprise vendors. In Dubai, UniFi is widely deployed in law firms, co-working spaces, hotel properties, clinic groups, mid-size offices, and warehouse facilities where predictable WiFi performance is business-critical and traditional consumer or entry-level access points have failed to deliver.
The UniFi platform is distinguished from consumer and ISP-supplied equipment by its centralised cloud management, seamless AP-to-AP roaming, VLAN segmentation, and deep traffic analytics — all managed from a single controller interface. Once installed by an experienced engineer, a UniFi network requires minimal ongoing intervention and scales cleanly from 2 access points to hundreds.
UniFi AP range from U6 Lite and U6 Pro for standard office and retail deployments, to U6 Mesh and U6 Long-Range for challenging layouts, to U6 Enterprise and WiFi 7 models for maximum-density environments. Indoor, outdoor-rated, and in-wall models available.
UniFi PoE switches power and connect access points in a single cable run. Managed switching with 802.1Q VLAN support, RSTP, and link aggregation. Rack-mount and desktop form factors from 8 to 48 ports. Integrated into UniFi Network controller for unified management.
UniFi Dream Machine (UDM) series: all-in-one gateway + controller appliances. UniFi Enterprise Gateways (UXG) for higher throughput WAN failover, multi-WAN load balancing, and hardware IPS/IDS threat protection for security-conscious businesses.
Centralised management of all UniFi devices — WiFi, switching, routing — from a single web dashboard. Cloud Access enabled for remote management from anywhere. Sites, users, and network segments all visible in one place without separate per-device logins.
Ubiquiti's own camera range — UniFi Protect — integrates IP cameras with UniFi Network on a unified controller. For clients wanting a single-vendor network and surveillance platform manageable from one tool.
Ubiquiti's VoIP phone system (UniFi Talk) and door access control (UniFi Access) extend the unified platform to telephony and physical security — all devices managed through the same UniFi Site Manager.
We do not guess AP placement. Before installation, we conduct a site survey — either a walkthrough survey using signal measurement tools or a predictive RF planning exercise for larger deployments — to determine the correct number of access points and their optimal placement for your specific floor plan, ceiling height, wall construction materials, and user density. An incorrectly placed UniFi network is a waste of budget. A correctly surveyed one delivers reliable WiFi in every corner.
We design your VLAN architecture before touching a cable: staff network, guest WiFi, IoT/CCTV network, and management VLAN are separated at the network layer, not just by SSID. This means a device on your guest WiFi cannot reach your internal file servers, and your CCTV cameras cannot reach the internet unless you explicitly allow it. This segmentation is a fundamental security requirement for businesses handling client data in Dubai.
CAT6 structured cabling from switch to each AP location, terminated at wall outlets or directly into the AP. PoE switch installed in a rack or comms cabinet. APs ceiling-mounted, wall-mounted, or deployed on UniFi mounting hardware as required by the installation environment. All cable runs labelled and documented.
Controller deployed on-site (UDM or dedicated server) or cloud-hosted. All APs adopted, named, and organised. SSIDs created with correct security (WPA3 or WPA2-Enterprise for corporate use). Band steering, minimum RSSI thresholds, and transmit power calibrated for clean roaming. QoS rules configured if VoIP or video conferencing is a priority. Guest portal configured with acceptance screen if required.
The most common complaint we hear from Dubai businesses is that their WiFi is unreliable — drops in certain areas, slow speeds when multiple people are connected, devices stuck on a distant AP when a closer one is available. These are almost always installation and configuration problems, not hardware problems.
A properly planned and configured UniFi deployment eliminates dead zones, provides managed roaming so devices always connect to the closest AP, and scales capacity by adding additional APs rather than replacing the entire system.
Staff VLAN + Guest SSID segregated. 802.1X WPA-Enterprise for certificate-based authentication on managed devices. Client dashboard for live user and bandwidth monitoring.
Per-room or per-floor AP deployment. Captive portal with room number login. Bandwidth limits per guest profile. Separate staff and back-of-house network on isolated VLAN.
High-density AP placement for many concurrent devices. Per-member VLAN isolation so tenants cannot see each other's traffic. Hotspot management with tiered bandwidth packages.
Industrial-ceiling AP mounting with long-range outdoor APs for yard coverage. RF survey for racking layout and material interference. Supports handheld RF scanners, forklifts with mounted terminals, and WMS connectivity.
High-traffic public WiFi with splash page branding and T&C acceptance. POS terminal network on isolated VLAN. WiFi analytics (presence data, dwell time) for marketing teams.
Separate clinical data VLAN from public WiFi. Roaming coverage across consulting rooms and waiting areas. Supports teleconsultation video and PACS image streaming workloads.
