Requirements Gathering

Before sizing the Yeastar system, we establish: total number of extensions required now and in the next 12 months, number of simultaneous external calls expected, whether analogue PSTN lines need to be retained alongside SIP trunks (common during transition periods), call flow design (IVR menu structure, hunt groups, which extensions ring for which DID numbers), and integration requirements (CRM, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp Business).

Call Flow Design

We produce a call flow diagram showing exactly what happens when someone calls your Dubai number — which IVR plays, what options are available, which extension or group rings in each scenario, what happens after business hours, and how voicemail is delivered. This is reviewed and approved before installation begins, ensuring the configured system matches your actual business process rather than a default template.

Hardware Installation & SIP Trunk Setup
